What each plan includesQuestions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR, type a first name and the card is theirs. It can sit in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or on the home screen.
What does it cost?
Free for your first 100 customers. After that Reggie Pro is £24 a month for as many as you like. Founding cafés stay free for life.
What do I need at the counter?
Nothing new. The counter sheet with your QR, and any phone or tablet for the counter screen. NFC stickers and cards are optional.
Can customers cheat the stamps?
You choose. Staff stamp from the counter screen, or customers tap themselves: at most three stamps a day, and you can ask for a staff confirm on each one.
Whose customer data is it?
Yours. Reggie keeps only a first name, stamps and an optional email. Custos Coffee only processes it for you, and customers can delete their data in one tap.
Can I leave?
Yes. There is no contract. Close your account whenever you like and we delete your customers’ data, or give you a copy first.
